The food offered a delicious variety, meeting my expectations for the stay. The pools were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. However, I faced issues with the beach management. Other guests reserved beach chairs early by laying towels, causing us to sit on the ground without shade. This was frustrating, especially given my condition being seven months pregnant. The room felt a bit outdated and did not match the five-star experience I anticipated. Some minor improvements in room facilities could enhance the overall experience.

The sunbed policy is misleading!!! Insufficient umbrellas for guests creates a troubling situation!!! The outdated spa facilities need urgent redesign to meet a 5-star standard!!! Improve signages for guest access to all pool options!!!

Just a great match for a weekend respite in Sunny Beach with fantastic value for money. The bar had decent drinks, but no fancy brands. Be prepared, cash is preferred around here, especially for small shops.

i stayed here for valentine's day and was blown away. the food was plentiful and mouth-watering, especially the grilled meats at the pop-up restaurant. having previously been to sunny beach, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its excellent amenities and engaging entertainment.
